What this page measures
Horoscorpio reads the angle between Earth and Mars from precomputed ephemeris and times the whole passage — when the pair enters a 2° orb of the exact 90°, when it is exact, and when it leaves. Measured from the Sun. Heliocentric and geocentric are separate observer frames and are never combined.
The instrument is free to use and requires no account. It shows every aspect currently in orb across all three observer modes, updating on the minute.
Questions
Is Earth square Mars happening right now?
Earth and Mars are 76.88° apart in the heliocentric frame — 13.12° from an exact 90° square, outside the 2° orb Horoscorpio treats as live. Measured at 2026-10-03 00:00 UTC.
How long does this square last?
This pass entered the 2° orb at 2026-08-31 10:49 UTC and leaves it at 2026-09-09 08:49 UTC — 8 days in total.
What is a square in astrology?
A square is an angular relationship of 90° between two bodies as measured along the ecliptic. Horoscorpio treats it as live only while the measured separation sits strictly inside 2° of that angle. The angle is a measurement; Horoscorpio makes no claim about what it causes.
Is this measured from the Earth or the Sun?
Measured from the Sun. Heliocentric and geocentric are separate observer frames and are never combined.

The player above voices Earth square Mars in your browser, with no membership and no account — 178.1 Hz to the left ear and 183.1 Hz to the right, a 5 Hz difference. Stereo headphones give you the binaural difference between them; through speakers the two tones fold into one centred room pulse, and we make no binaural claim for that. Membership adds SEVEN FORCE Sleep Harmonics — the seven forces of your own chart sequenced as an array, with timed Sleep envelopes at one, six and nine hours.
Planetary geometry is measured from the live instrument. Horoscorpio states angles and times; it is not prophecy, and it is not medical, financial or legal advice. Times are UTC. Live in-orb state is read from the Horoscorpio episode register; the next exact time is computed from the ephemeris.
