Acceptable Use Policy for Horoscorpio

This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. Breaching it may lead to warning, restriction, suspension, or termination under Terms §6, and where relevant, referral to authorities.

1. General conduct — you must not

• Impersonate any person, or misrepresent a social handle as yours.
• Circumvent the age gate or misstate your age; create accounts for anyone under the applicable age floor.
• Submit an identity document that is not your own for age verification, or present another person's document, image, or details; or attempt age verification on behalf of someone else.
• Attack the service's security; probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without permission; evade blocks, bans, or rate limits.
• Access the service by automated means, or scrape, extract, resell, or reverse-engineer the planetology corpus or software (the corpus is protected IP — see Terms §8).

2. Planetology-specific abuse — you must not

These reflect the integrity model of the corpus and the group/rating system:

• Manipulate the corpus. Do not lodge bad-faith, deliberately misleading, provocative, or coordinated ("brigaded") keywords to bias a canonical cell. Contributions must reflect a genuine association, not an attempt to steer the aggregate.
• Game the ratings / GROUP-IDENTITY loop. Do not use sockpuppet or duplicate accounts, coordinated voting, or repeated false classifications to distort another member's ranking or group placement.
• Do not misrepresent the service. Do not present Horoscorpio to third parties as fortune-telling, divination, guaranteed prediction, or professional (financial/medical/legal/psychological) advice. It is an astronomical and planetology instrument (see Terms §7).
• Do not abuse the Matrix or proximity features. Do not attempt to de-anonymise, identify, track, follow, or locate another member through the Matrix, its auras, or any proximity signal; do not use the feature to surveil, harass, or contact a member who has not mutually consented; and do not spoof, relay, capture, or harvest presence tokens. Proximity discovery exists solely for mutual, consented connection between members in immediate physical vicinity — never for unilateral tracking or approach.

3. Reporting and enforcement

Report abuse in-app (member reports feed a moderation queue) or to [email protected]. We may review reports and take any action under Terms §6, applying graduated sanctions where practical and immediate action for severe conduct. All enforcement actions are logged for accountability and possible appeal.

Contact that leaves Horoscorpio. A social handle or other contact detail obtained here — which can only happen when both members have affirmatively opted in — leads to a service that is not ours. Members must exercise reasonable caution when interacting with other members off-site through contacts obtained through Horoscorpio, and are responsible for their own safety in doing so. That contact is not part of the service, is not visible to us, and is not something we supervise, vet, or accept responsibility for; conduct there is a matter for that service and for the member's local law enforcement agency. We do not undertake to investigate, mediate, or resolve what happens off-site. This does not limit obligations imposed on us by law, including complying with lawful requests from law enforcement.

4. Appeals

If your account is restricted or terminated, you may request review at [email protected]. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and may uphold, vary, or reverse the action.
