Data Deletion — Horoscorpio
Horoscorpio gives every member a one-step, self-service way to delete their data.
Delete everything from inside your account
1. Sign in at horoscorpio.com and open ◆ MEMBER.
2. Choose Delete my data at the bottom of your profile.
3. Confirm with your password. In one operation this permanently removes your account; the account-linked copies and attribution of your keyword uploads; journal submissions; ratings; GEO activity; group presence; optional profile fields; your subscription record; and your stored payment methods at our payment processor.
What survives deletion — and why
Two narrow categories of account-linked records are retained, both time-bounded and access-restricted: financial processing records we must keep under tax and audit law (with no remaining operational account linkage), and safety records — contribution attempts that were flagged or rejected by the safety gates, retained for safety review and, where legally required, disclosure to authorities.
Separately, Contributions already irreversibly assimilated into the de-identified aggregate global planetology corpus survive without account attribution. Deletion does not unwind aggregate weights, ranks, classifications, canonical progressions, or derived wordmaps already produced from them. Those corpus results cannot be used to restore your deleted account or re-identify you. This is the cumulative corpus licence described in the Terms. Details: our Privacy Policy.
Can't sign in or no longer control your email?
If you still control the registered email, use the password-reset link. If you still have an authenticated session, use the in-product deletion control. Otherwise contact [email protected].
Horoscorpio accounts are pseudonymous and are not formally identity-proofed. A visible From address, knowledge of profile or contribution details, a purchase receipt, a newly created account, or an unverified social handle does not by itself prove control of the old account. To prevent account takeover, an administrator will not transfer, merge, reassign, disclose, delete, or change the email on an account through a direct database edit based on those signals.
We can act only through a recovery method already bound to the account or a proportionate verification process that is lawful and strong enough for the requested action. If control cannot be verified safely, the old account remains separate; a new account may be created, but its data and contributions will not be transferred from the old account. We will explain any refusal and preserve applicable privacy-rights review. Never send a password, recovery token, full card number, or identity document through ordinary email.
