The service. Horoscorpio is an astronomical and planetology instrument operated by Kudomos (ABN 15 384 058 395), Australia. The live sky instrument is free. The data service — keyword journals, the Directory, and the 360° combination Groups — is a paid membership.
Price and trial. Membership pricing is regional. The base price is A$19.99 AUD per year, inclusive of any applicable tax; the exact price and currency for your country (for example US$24.99, £29.99, €29.99) are always shown at checkout before you pay. New members receive a 7-day free trial, once per person. Your card is charged on day 8 unless you cancel inside the trial — cancel in time and nothing is charged. The trial includes the full instrument and Seven Force. It does not include the Groups engagement actions or lodging words — those need a paid membership and a verified age — though you can still open and read the Groups page. Membership renews automatically each year; you can turn off renewal at any time in your account, and your membership then runs to the end of the paid period.
Refunds. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from purchase: withdraw within 14 days from your account page and you receive a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
Age. A minimum age applies where the country you are in sets one, and it is the age that country sets — 13 to 16 across the European Economic Area, 16 in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. The current list is published at horoscorpio.com/legal/age-minimums. In those countries an account held by a child — a person under the minimum age that applies to them — is placed in Younger Astronomer mode, which closes every member-to-member surface on it until they reach that age. Elsewhere no minimum is imposed, the instrument is open to any age, and a younger member uses the service like any other member. The birth year you give at signup is a declaration and governs the service as a whole — we ask for the year only, never your full date of birth, and because a year cannot say whether your birthday has passed we round down, so you are treated as 16 from the January after you turn 16. If you have cast a birth chart, the date you entered may give those months back, but only where it agrees with your registered year and only in your favour. Two features additionally need a verified age: the four member-to-member engagement actions inside Groups, and lodging a word into the corpus. For those you complete a one-time identity-document check operated by Stripe Identity — your date of birth is returned to our server, compared to the minimum age in memory and discarded — we keep only the yes or no, and we never receive your document, and Stripe is instructed to delete what it collected. Everything else — the aspect timer, natal charts, the planets, the Solar HARP, Seven Force, and reading the Groups page — needs no document, and you may defer verification indefinitely. A payment method is not proof of age and is never treated as one. Younger Astronomer mode offers astronomy framing only, with all social and data features disabled.
Your consent controls everything social (the permission wall). Inside a group you appear only as an anonymous tag. No one — of any age — can see your identity, greeting, social links or chart without your affirmative consent, given per person, per group, valid only for that group's duration, and revocable instantly. Both sides must consent before anything is revealed.
Language pools. Your contributions live in the word pool of your chosen language. Pools are separate and never merge. Switching pools is a fresh start, not a translation: your existing keyword map, standing and placements remain dormant in their pool and reactivate if you return; nothing converts or transfers.
The corpus and ownership. You retain ownership of your underlying original expression. Horoscorpio/Kudomos owns the proprietary compilation and system formed by the corpus's selection, arrangement, classifications, aggregate weights and ranks, canonical progressions, derived wordmaps, and progression logic. This does not claim exclusive ownership of ordinary words, public-domain facts, or your underlying original expression.
Your data. We hold your email, password (encrypted), birth year, your contributed keywords with their timestamps, and billing records (payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number). Data is held in Australia. You may use Delete My Data in your account at any time. This erases your account, account-linked copies of your contributions, and their attribution, except time-limited tax/billing and safety records that must be retained. Contributions already irreversibly assimilated into the de-identified aggregate corpus remain without account attribution. Deletion cannot unwind aggregate weights, ranks, classifications, canonical progressions, or derived wordmaps already produced from them; those results cannot restore the deleted account or re-identify you.
Aggregate statistics. We may share de-identified, aggregate statistics about language pools — never your words, identity, or location — with research and cultural institutions. A language pool is a language community, not a country or nationality; we record no member location, and pool statistics may never be used as a proxy for nationality, residency, or territory, nor to profile individuals. We do not sell personal information.
